Pro-Life Committee Collection
The St. Peter’s Pro-Life Committee is requesting donations for the CRIB and Passage House to meet the needs of mothers, babies, and families in Niagara Falls.
The CRIB (Caring, Responsible, Independent, Beginnings) is the only maternity transitional housing for pregnant and parenting youth and their children. The CRIB provides case management and counseling in a safe, confidential setting for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth ages 16-21. Young parents are provided with safe and secure housing, support and linkages with health and nutrition, money management, building connections with caring adults, and education in parenting.
Passage House is the only emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence and their children in Niagara Falls. Passage House provides a safe and confidential place for families to stay, while also providing counseling, support groups, healing art and community advocacy.
Donations can be dropped off in the Pack-N-Plays at St. Peter’s and St. Bernard’s worship sites from May 19 – June 2, 2019. Items most needed: bibs, sippy cups, books (ages 1 – 3 year old), baby lotion, baby wash & shampoo, wipes, diapers (newborn to 2T), new clothes (newborn to 2T), receiving blankets, and craft items.
Thank you in advance for your kind generosity and prayers for those who reach out to the CRIB and Passage House for help. If you’d like to know more about these programs, contact Karrie Gebhardt at 285-6984 x107.

What are the questions that should be asked and answered to help guide an end of life conversation? We have placed brochures at the entrances to St. Peter's and St. Bernard's and we invite you to pick one up and read more about End of Life issues. This topic can often be difficult to understand, but it's an important one to learn about.
“For Catholics, death is not the end but the beginning, the beginning of eternal life with God the Father. Our faith assures us that we ‘look forward to the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come, Amen.’ "
If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Ambrosia at 957-2410.
