St. Peter RC Parish Prayer Group
Prayer has the ability to change the world through God’s grace, especially when said as a group. It is especially important to raise our voices in prayer during these turbulent times. Our family here at St. Peter’s Parish is excited to be praying together with our Prayer Group. This is an important time in our lives where we need the power of prayer to garner God’s grace and bring us closer to Jesus our Savior.
Our intent is to pray as a group (in Church or in our homes) at the same time every week. Monday’s will be the day set aside for our group. There will be two times to accommodate everyone. We will pray as a group following the 7:45am morning mass and again at 7:00pm at our St. Peter Worship Site. For those parishioners who are homebound, we want you to be able to join us spiritually at your homes as well. You can contact the rectory so we can add you to the list and mail you the monthly prayer. It is also available on our website www.stpeterlewiston.org under the Parish tab.
We will be praying for our World, Universal Church, our Diocese, our Parish and personal intentions. Prayers of thanks are also included. We are hoping that this will deepen our faith and strengthen our community. If you are interested in joining or for more information please call the rectory at (716) 754-4118.
